Collage Easy Terms of Use

Use of the app
Collage Easy lets you create, edit, export and share photo collages. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, stickers, text and collages you create, edit, export and share.
Content responsibility
Do not use Collage Easy to create or share illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for the photos and other content you use.
AI image editing
AI image editing is provided as a creative tool. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for some uses. AI image editing may be subject to fair-use limits, model restrictions and safety checks to protect service stability, prevent abuse and control costs.
Free and Premium features
Core editing features may be available for free. Premium features may require an active App Store subscription or purchase. Prices and available plans are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region.
Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Intellectual property
Collage Easy, its original software, website design, branding, icons, illustrations, marketing materials, templates, and original written content are owned by Damian Witkowski or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the app and website for their intended purpose, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, redistribute, or create misleading derivative versions of protected content except where law expressly permits it. Rights in photos and other content you provide remain with you or their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The app and website are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
German law applies where permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
