Use of the app
I Am DrugFree: Sober Tracker provides private self-tracking tools for clean days, cravings, journals, milestones, reminders, and reset notes. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the information you enter into it.
No medical or emergency service
The app is not medical care, detox support, therapy, crisis care, or emergency help. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
External resources
The optional Sober Coach uses Google Gemini online and is available only to adults aged 18 and over after explicit consent to chat processing. It requires an internet connection, may be rate-limited or temporarily unavailable, and can produce inaccurate answers. It is not a human professional, on-device AI, Apple Private Cloud Compute, or a medical or emergency service. See the privacy policy for recipients, data sent, and withdrawal controls.
The app may link to external support resources for crisis support, treatment search, peer support groups, gambling support, and nicotine support. Those resources are operated by their own providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app in a way that violates law, harms others, interferes with the app, attempts to reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, or misrepresents the app as professional medical care.
Data responsibility
The app is designed for local data storage. You are responsible for your device security, backups, exports, and any information you choose to share through the iOS share sheet or with other apps or people.

Intellectual property
I Am DrugFree, its original software, website design, branding, icons, illustrations, marketing materials, and original written content are owned by Damian Witkowski or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the app and website for their intended personal purpose, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, redistribute, or create misleading derivative versions of protected content except where law expressly permits it.
Availability and liability
The app and website are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
German law applies where permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
