Pray Shield: Put God first is provided for personal prayer, habit-building, Bible reading, reminders, and focus support. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral advice.

Subscriptions

Pray Shield Plus subscriptions are billed through Apple. Pricing, trial availability, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings.

Use of the App

You are responsible for how you configure Pray Shield, Screen Time permissions, reminders, and spiritual routines. You can change or disable app-lock settings at any time through iOS and Pray Shield: Put God first settings.

Anonymous Product Analytics

Pray Shield may use anonymous product analytics to understand reliability, feature usage, onboarding completion, paywall views, purchase state, and other non-sensitive product interactions. These analytics do not include prayer text, reflection notes, prayer requests, selected app names, Screen Time tokens, contact details, or precise location.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a separate agreement is shown in the app, Pray Shield: Put God first uses Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

Intellectual property

Pray Shield, its original software, website design, branding, icons, illustrations, marketing materials, and original written content are owned by Damian Witkowski or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the app and website for their intended personal purpose, but you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, redistribute, or create misleading derivative versions of protected content except where law expressly permits it.

Availability and liability

The app and website are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
